The project, which was initiated by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, now boasts text books from eight state education boards, NCERT textbooks, previous exam papers of JEE, GATE and UPSC and research papers published from institutes like Indian Institute of Science (IISc), audio-books and more.

The app, which has been downloaded over 1,00,000 times, was launched about a month ago and is currently only available for Android users. The team behind the app says that there will soon be a version out for Apple products too. It can also be accessed through computers and laptops.

Users can search for content using various parameters like subject matter, source, content type and more. Right now, the app is available in three languages – English, Hindi and Bengali.

The app can be downloaded here
