1. Go to ieeexplore.
2. Search your paper topic and open any paper in new tab. Then copy the arnumber which you can find in the URL of that paper page.
3. Copy the the following URL with that copied arnumber and refresh.

4. Then you will be redirected to the download page which looks something like the following screenshots.
http://sci-hub.io/ (open link in new tab) and copy the URL
5. Just enter the Open in the box and click download in PDF
If you are not able to access sci-hub.org from your country, then try installing this Firefox and Chrome add-on Proximate (Chrome – Firefox).
