Enclosures to the application:
1. SBI Power Jyothi a/c Challan (University Copy) or Andhra Bank challan (University Copy) or Demand Draft. In case of Demand Draft, DD in favor of the Registrar, JNTUA, Ananthapuramu payable at Anantapur. (HT Number shall be written on the back side of Demand draft).
Fees inclusive of Postage:
a) In Convocation (In Absentia): Rs. 2000/-
b) Pre-Convocation: Rs. 3000/-
c) Post Convocation: Rs. 2000/- + Late fee of Rs. 500/- per each year
2. Photo Copy of the Provisional Certificate, If already taken.
What is a transcript?
In education, a transcript is an inventory of the course taken and grades earned of a student throughout a course.
How to apply for the transcripts in JNTU Anantapur?
· The students who are required for transcripts should download the application form and the fill the details in it.
· And the students should begin their Xerox copies of all marks memos, Provisional Certificate (PC) and Consolidate Marks Memo(CMM),Attested by their college principal.
· Students should begin the fee as @RS 40/- per transcript, in the form of DD or challan. If DD for total amount of fee must be in favor of “THE REGISTRAR, JNTU ANANTAPUR” payable at Anantapur, drawn on any Nationalized Bank.
And what are the documents required for the transcripts?

What is the use of migration certificate?
Change of University needs Migration certificate. If a student want to change the university then he/she need migration certificate.
How to apply a migration certificate in jntu anantapur?
· The student should download the application form and fill the details and attested by the college principal .
· The student who are applying for migration certificate and belongs to this university should pay fee as Rs 100/- in the form of DD , Rs500/-if foreign University and submit the application through the principal of the college under this university in which he or she is pursuing or pursued his or her studies last or through which he or she appeared at the examination.
· Fee must be in DD drawn in favor of the Registrar, JNTU Anantapur, Payable at Anantapur.drawn on any Nationalized Bank.
· Action wouldn’t be taken unless the prescribed fee is received in this office.
· All the marks sheets and provisional degree certificate issued by the university photocopy should be attested and enclosed to it.
